Reach out to breast or chestfeeding parents, adoptive parents, intended parents, surrogates, and supportive spouses. Ask them to co-sign your letter or send one of their own. Employee Resource Groups are also helpful allies when advocating for new benefits.

STEP 3

Follow up and make the intro.

Check in with your HR benefits manager and send a warm intro email to connect them with us at employers@milkstork.com. If you’d prefer to stay anonymous rather than making the request directly, fill out our referral form below and we’ll reach out to them on your behalf.
